Our Company:
The Stephens Company of Florence, SC, LLC is comprised of three separate but related operations:
  • Robert S. Lee Designs - Custom architectural designs and plans
  • Master's Cabinet Works - A fully custom cabinet/woodwork shop specializing in furniture grade cabinetry and millwork.

Description:
The driving force behind Master's Builders is Robert S. Lee, Owner and SC Licensed General Contractor.  Robbie is a renowned architectural designer who built his first home in 1980.  Never one to be satisfied, Robbie has always sought better ways to build.  Always moving onward and upward has resulted in tackling some of the largest and most ambitious projects in this area.  The experience that we bring to our clients is unparalled.  Simply stated, no one in the area has done what we have done.

The staff of Master's Builders features managers, supervisors, lead men, and employees with individual experience ranging from 12 - 30 years.  Our management has a combined experience of more than 60 years!!

We don't sit behind a desk and hire out your work.  We are hands on from foundation to finish.  On any given day you may find us running a boom truck, orchestrating (to the last detail) the completion of a structural element, laying out cabinetry, or drawing finished details of furniture/millwork for your project.  The few subcontractors we use are loyal, talented individuals who have worked with the company repeatedly and understand what is required to achieve our standard of excellence.  While any one of our three companies can serve and provide you with unmatched experience, our strength lies in our unity.  When you commission Robert S.
